9 Ridiculously Simple Ways To Make A Difference in your world, now.

Are you crying out to make a difference in your world today?

Are you here for a reason? No time to make a difference? What holds you back from being an important piece in the human puzzle? Here is 9 ridiculously simple ways that you can make a difference in your own world and in the bigger picture too.

Positive actions have a ripple effect.

Drop one of these stones into the pond of life and see how the flow on effect can help not only you but everyone  it reaches.

 1. Say Sorry.

Don’t be shy, don’t worry about the response. Just do it…when it needs to be done. It won’t solve every problem, but it will soften most. And it will make it so much easier for you to move on.

2. Go to bed early.

Simple. Healthy. Smart. Restorative. Most of what we do after 7.30 pm is fluff.

3. Get up early.

Life Affirming. Energising. Productive. Fights off depression and stagnation.

4. Pay it Forward.

Perform random acts of kindness  without expectation of pay back or reward. Put 2 bucks in a strangers parking meter! Give a fresh apple to a homeless person. Smile at people. Take the opportunities as they come up, don’t let them slip by.

5. Focus.

Practice the art of total engagement. As in conversation, focus on the topic, not on the TV or your game.

6. Start a Gratitude Journal.

Think about the things that make your life good. Simple things are easily taken for granted. Sunsets. Clean water. Friends.

7. Donate to Local Charity.

Choose a cause  and support it. Make a decent donation. Your community will benefit.

8. Learn something new.

Take up kick boxing, learn how to blog, speak Spanish, cook Hungarian Goulash!

9. Create your own 30 day Challenge.

Decide on one positive action small and simple. Do it for 30 days. Ride your bike, take a photo, cut out alcohol, call a friend.

Trust me, I have used each one of these ridiculously simple ideas. Smiling at strangers is one of my favourite pass times. And I love  to try and make a grumpy(rude) sales person smile. Remember, everyone has their own story going on in the background.

Simple actions make a positive difference to the big picture.

    Janelle,
I think we can change the world, in simple and easy steps. It starts within us, with what we say to ourselves and what we project to the world. Living a healthy lifestyle, what we put into our bodies is probably the easiest place to start. There’s a reason that Healthy comes before Wealthy and Wise.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
